Quickly cools and soothes hot, filled or tired legs. It is concentrated and fast acting get that comes in a pump dispenser to facilitate you while applying. It does contain witch hazel  and arnica to help disperse heat and bruising. Wherever any bruise or kick wound found you can apply it but do not apply on naked wound. You can use it as a fresh body wash after diluting (dilute one part to nine parts cold water) Apply liberally to affected area for instant cooling. To obtain best results, rinse off and re-apply every 4-8 hours. It does have camphor and menthol; please allow a withdrawal period of 1-2 weeks if competing under Jockey Club, FEI or BSJA rules.500ml will last for 5-10 applications dependent on usage.
